Mike Adrian, Development Director of ALBION Hawaii, is more than just a coach; he is proud to help Hawaii’s young athletes aged U4 to U12. His dedication to player development is evident as he empowers each child, guiding them to unlock their full potential as athletes and individuals. Under his leadership as the Elite Academy League Director, ALBION Hawaii has achieved the remarkable feat of qualifying teams to consecutive National Championship tournaments in 2024 and 2025, proudly showcasing the exceptional talent of Hawaii’s youth.

Motivated by a deep-seated passion for helping others, Adrian has meticulously crafted a core curriculum for the ALBION Keiki Academy, ALBION Juniors Academy, and youth competitive teams, ensuring that every young player receives a solid foundation. He firmly believes that all children deserve access to high-quality training. With a passion for small-sided games and futsal, Adrian has traveled throughout Europe over the past seven years, immersing himself in youth development strategies inspired by elite European clubs like FC Barcelona, Valencia CF youth academy, and the Spanish FA, alongside insights from trips to MLS youth academies stateside. These educational partnerships help give him perspective, enhancing each child’s experience, building their confidence, and fostering growth.

Beyond his leadership with ALBION Hawaii, Mike finds his roots in Maui, where he resides with his wife, Me-Shell, and their son, Rhys. Their family embodies the community Adrian nurtures, cherishing empowerment for all children. With a passion for the game and life, Mike Adrian continues to inspire and uplift those around him.
