JOY GAYTON, CLUB OPERATIONS DIRECTOR OAHU

Joy is originally from Atlanta, Georgia, where she lived until relocating to Kailua in 2018 when her husband began working for Hawaiian Airlines.

Joy’s professional involvement in soccer began through managing her sons’ youth teams at Concorde Fire (Atlanta, GA) and Real Salt Lake. Her role in the sport continued to grow as she managed teams through the years, supporting her children as they went on to play Division I soccer at Clemson University and the University of Louisville. Beyond team management, Joy played a key role in club operations, helping run the Georgia State ODP program, serving as the travel coordinator for the club’s DA teams, and ultimately finishing her tenure as the club’s College Recruiting Coordinator.

A graduate of Auburn University, Joy holds a degree in Marketing with a minor in Mathematics. She is also a licensed elementary school teacher. After moving to Hawaii, Joy retired from teaching and began working as the Business Manager for Le Jardin Soccer Academy. She currently serves as the Club Operations Director for ALBION SC Hawaii on Oʻahu, where she oversees administrative and operational functions supporting players, families, and staff.
